Stachyose is our new products. It is extracted from Lycopus Lucidus.Structure of Stachyose is C24H42O21.Stachyose, also called lupeose or mannotetrose, is a tetrasaccharide, non-reducing a-galacto oligosaccharide,[O-a-D-galactopyranosyl-(1,6) -a-D-galactopyranosyl(1,6) -a-D-glucopyranosyl-(1,2)-fructose], with a molecular weight of 666.59.

Its main functions:

★ Selectivly proliferate beneficial bacteria such as Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus, inhibit the growth of bad bacteria, adjust the bacteria balance in human gut, improve the function of human gut.

★promote the movement of human gut ,prevent and cure constipation。

★promote the activity of SOD in organism of heart and head, decrease LPO in organism of heart and head, prevent aging.

★promote the metabolism of cholesterol, increase the level of HDL-C, decrease the level of TC and TG, increase the proportion of HDL-C and TC. Therefore, decrease the level of cholesterol in blood, prevent the arteriosclerosis.
